AM Skills Event & 4th Workshop for the Validation of Skills Needs, 27th April 2023

SAM event was hosted by Materialise, one of the main AM companies worldwide, on the 27th April in Leuven (Belgium). The workshop counted with the participation of 45 experts from the AM community in Europe, representing academia, and research centres, AM and Defence industry, standards experts and policies makers (e.g. Like CECIMO), as well as specific AM clusters (e.g. Greek Hub or the Danish hub).

The event was co-organized by SAM and the AM Platform, focusing on validating the relevant AM gaps for technological, green, digital and entrepreneurial skills, as well as the required profiles and knowledge required by industry in real case scenarios. Moreover, the workshop included the presentation of:
