Call for experts:


  • Advantages in becoming an IAMQC Expert

    ADVANTAGES IN BECOMING AN IAMQC EXPERT:
    • Influence the development of European skills for industry
    • Visibility in the European AM Observatory among general public, industry, policy makers at National and European levels, namely among the European Commission
    • Recognition as an European Individual Expert
    • Unique opportunity to exchange of experiences with other European Experts in AM
    • Active role in the development and/or update of the Unique European Qualification System for AM;
    • Access to selected private results of the project, for example skills roadmap, strategic plan, competence units’ descriptors in AM and papers
    • Invitation for participating in closed meetings/workshops • Invitation and free access to workshops/webinars.

  • IAMQC (International Additive Manufacturing Qualification Council) Education Working Groups and Subgroups are working towards updating or creating Qualifications/Competence Units with the help from the Industry Advisory Group, if needed.

  • IAMIC (International Additive Manufacturing Industry Council) Advisory group are working towards providing inputs and validate the skills needed and technological trends to enable to define the skills strategy in AM. The IAMIC will also provide recommendations for the development of new products and nominate the Industry Advisory Groups to collaborate with Education Working Groups during the validation of the industrial requirements, which will ultimately favour the updating of existing AM qualifications or development of new ones.
